Hosting - Sell Online™ Store Set-up is delivered to the merchant via the Internet as an application which is hosted and served by DXSTORM.COM.

WebShopCreator™ is a point-and-click interface which allows any merchant, regardless of their knowledge of Web page design or HTML, to build their Shop quickly and easily. The WebShopCreator™ includes

• Web Site Themes - Shop currently supports 32 different design options for look and feel.
• Page Templates - allow for the easy creation of standard Web content. Each eStorescanada includes:

Product Catalog - supports up to 25,000 products without modification. The vast majority of merchants using eStorescanada have less than 500 products in their database.

Product Page Layout - provides 10 different ways to display a product and can be applied to each product individually.

Advanced Settings - allows the merchant to show a listing of alternative products on a single product page.

Unlimited Categories - supports three levels, (primary, secondary and tertiary). Each level can support an unlimited number of sub-level categories.

Product Cross Listing - a single product can be placed in as many categories as have been defined by the merchant.

Supplementary Products - acts as an up-sales feature which allows the merchant to select products which will be displayed in the Shopping Cart after the prime product is selected for purchase.

Product Search Engine - allows for key word searching of the product database.

• Statistics Tracking - records search terms, unique visitors to the site, individual products and categories, and referrals from links on other Web sites.
• E-mail Technical Support - is provided through an e-mail form in the eStrescanada Merchant Administration and is answered within 6 hours, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
• Telephone Product Support is provided between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. eastern standard time in English, French, Mandarin and Cantonese.
